Women’s Ministry – Women’s Free Form Exercise
Women’s Free Form Exercise (12:00pm to 1:00pm).
This is a low impact, whole body, exercise which meets each Wednesday afternoon. Classes are held in the Kid’s Auditorium and taught by Lori Carmassi. Feel free to bring exercise dumb-bell or other hand weights.
