Table Rock Kids is a children’s ministry uniquely designed with your child in mind! Every weekend children ages birth through 5th grade experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way. It is important to us that we also partner with parents the best we can to help raise children who know God, love Him and stand firm in His truth as they go through life.

Checking-In Your Kids Has Never Been Easier!

We use a secure system called KidCheck. You can get started now by creating your account online. KidCheck is a secure children’s check-in system that enhances your provider’s security system and simplifies the check-in process. KidCheck helps ensure no one can pick up your child without your consent. Once you arrive on campus you may check-in your child at any station.

A FEW OTHER THINGS YOU’LL WANT TO KNOW

First-Time Here?

Look for the area designated for first-time families. We’ll meet your family, check your child in, and one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.

We’ll ask for the following personal information: family members’ names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs, etc.) for your child through our secure system called KidCheck. Once you have an account any future check-ins will be easy!

You can check-in your kids 20 minutes before the start of service. Our check-in remains open until 20 minutes following the start of service. These check-in times help ensure we maintain a safe and secure transition between our Sunday services, and minimize distractions to our classrooms once service has begun.

 

How does check-in work?

We use a secure system called KidCheck. You can get started now by creating your account online. Once you arrive on campus you may check-in your child at any station. After finding your child’s name, you and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit.

Your child will wear the name tag portion while you keep the matching security tag. After the service, you’ll return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.

In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s security code will appear under the screen in the auditorium. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
